FR2010 UV Hybrid printer is specially designed for small and medium-sized processing enterprises to meet their multi-functional requirements. Equipped with Ricoh Gen5/ Gen6/ KM1024i / Kyocera Grey-scale piezoelectric print heads. FR2010 uv printing machine can print in hi-speed as well as hi-precesion in 7 colors. The draft mode speed up to 65 m²/hr, which balanced the needs of speed and the output quality in addition. The optional white and vanish also light up the multi-function. FR2010 uv hybrid printing machine installed with vacuum belt feeding and conveying system, so it be able to print not only all kind of flexible material including very elastic meterial like PVC soft file, but also most of rigid standard sized sheets. FR2010 uv hybrid digital printer installed two extension tables at its front and back, whcih gives the posibility to print longer sheets in less deviation continually.

Ink Curing System

Ink curing system operates with water-cooled Led UV lamps which has longer life time, more silent operation, do not make ozonic gas and emit less heat than traditional mercury lamps. It enables user to print on wider media choices, printings on sensitive or non-sensitive materials and printings with varnish implementation as well as to save energy, costs and time.Excluding the use of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) the UV curable ink is environmental friendly and has no bad smell. Drawer-type UV lamp cassette makes easy toreplace the lamps when needed. DOCAN Unique 5 dgree BANK Angle design avoid heads harm.

Vacuum Belt Table

The FR2010 Hybrid UV printer installed with 2m Belt-convery feeding system, with a unaverage vaccum zone design, which makes posibility of different size media printing and max2000mm. The Belt is driven by High Precision HARMONIC Reducer motor to ensure the motion stability of the media feeding step. 

Guide Rail & Metal Liner Raser

Equipped with Japanese THK silent guide rail with X axial metal raster which ensures straight carriage moving to achieve accurate printing and posibility of high driven speed. Y Asix driving by dualDelta motor belt system with Metal raster, deviation control within 1um.

Continuity & Media feeding

The independent front and rear take-up and feeding system can take-up and feed one roll of 2m material,Material registration and continuous printing for rigid sheet and flex banner function: equipped with media beam ruler, the up and down controled by pedal switch. Makes Y Axis start point much easier.

Equipped with media layout device at feeding position, easy operate for small sheet and equipped with Dual tension roller, holding the rigid sheet and strengthed flex banner. The extentiontables(Front and back)are standard for mass production printing.

Ink Supply Unit

Automatic high-volume Ink Supply system ensures continuous printing. The white ink has automatic stirring and circulation system, which avoids the clog of the  white printhead. Thesystem continuously circulates theink between the Sub Ink Tank and Main tank; internal main tank. It equipped with Ink low level sensor, gives alarm once ink level below than setting.

Direct Printing

FR2010 can print on up to 35mm sheet media.

Rip Software

ONYX RIP Center is standard software with Kyocera engine, which provides the control and simplicity needed to get started in wide format print production and achive consistent high-quality output. The versatile tools in ONYX RIP Center software make it easy to prepare jobs and produce sellable prints faster.

With advanced RIP technology, the user can get smooth gradients, vivid images and sharp small size text. The ICC color management workflow provides vibrant and bright colors.
